Join me in a transformational journey as we give our hoOps a whirl, implement spiral consciousness into our bodies, minds, and spirits, and take this consciousness into the world . *Guided instruction and materials for building your own, personalized *"RevOlutiOn" Whirled HoOp. *(A "RevOlutiOn" Whirled HoOp is decorated with 1-2 colors of vinyl tape and is included in the HoOpShOp fees. Additional and other decorative tapes will be available and will increase the price of the HoOpshop).

*Fundamentals of basic HoOping
*HoOp Trix (at beginning & intermediate levels)
